I studied a certificate course in a Aquaculture Production Management which contained 6 subjects.

All of these subjects covered everything you need to know of how to manage the production of a fish farm. I completed this course with distinction.

I am currently working as a ethics call center agent where i assist national and international clients with reporting ethics and fraud related situations.

We are a inbound call center with a volume of calls daily. My duties include liaising with clients, reporting, escalating where necessary and general administrative duties.

As a part of my Certificate course in Aquaculture Production Management, i spent a week on the farm, learning about all the processes on the farm.
