Role and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and handle transactions efficiently
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process cash, credit card, or digital payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges where applicable
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and daily sales reports
- Count cash in the drawer at the beginning and end of shifts
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- Answer basic customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with stocking or merchandising as needed
- Follow company procedures and uphold mall policies
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cashier or retail sales experience is an advantage
- Basic math and computer skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- English is required; knowledge of other languages (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.) is a plus
