Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
2. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
3. Train and mentor staff members, providing guidance and support
4. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
5. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
7. Create and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue
8. Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items or promotions
9. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, changes, or improvements
10. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the food industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively and motivate staff members
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service experiences
• Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software
• A valid work permit or eligibility for Visa Sponsorship in Canada
