- Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant management.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces, taking out the trash, etc.
- Ensure food quality and freshness and monitor portion sizes.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook; experience in Vietnamese cuisine is a plus.
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
