Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support

• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints or issues promptly
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are appealing
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities and events
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team

Requirements:

1. Prior experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in the retail industry
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team toward achieving sales targets
3. Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional language skills are an asset)
4. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
5. Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required by the business
6. Valid work authorization in Canada or eligibility for VISA sponsorship
7. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising techniques
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
