- Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and implement best practices in community management.
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role.
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of social media KPIs and web traffic metrics.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
- A multitasker with great time-management skills.
Education and Qualification:
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Additional certification in Social Media Management or similar field will be a bonus.
