I have worked with global companies, where I gained hands-on experience managing all stages of the customer order lifecycle from initiation to completion, coordinating import shipments and using systems like SAP. • Managing full order lifecycle using SAP, including creating quotations, order registration, ensuring timely scheduling, transportation arrangements per shipping terms and issuing invoices.
• Handling customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Working closely with internal departments to resolve operational issues promptly and ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and processing weekly reports to track open orders, quotes and pending invoices.
• Staying up to date on company products and processes to deliver top-quaity customer support.
• Creating transport order to ensure delivery of shipment to the final customer.
• Distributing all required Import documents to counterparts (broker, carrier, consignee, supplier) and then checking responses from counterparts and finalizing validation of required documents.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers, identifying incidents and ensuring resolution of incidents.
• Setting up files for new inbound FCL and LTL shipments and filing ISF (Importer Security Filing required by Customs and Border Protection for ocean cargo imports into the United States) in a timely manner.
• Maintaining clear and timely communication with overseas agents and vendors; ensuring prompt responses to all inquiries.
• Tracking and tracing shipments and keeping customers updated on a regular basis.
• Arranging inland freight services.
• Coordinating sea product operation from A to Z.
• Data entry, filing and processing documentation.
• Assisting and maintaining service relations with clients and other counterparts.
• Addressing different customer concerns and inquiries including shipment tracking, transit time, price quotation, prohibited/restricted commodities using DHL's various tools and systems.
