Job Responsibilities

1. Assist passengers with luggage check-in at the ticket counter

3. Deliver baggage to claim area and ensure timely availability for passengers
4. Transfer luggage between gates in cases of gate changes or tight connecting flights
5. Help passengers with special needs, ensuring a pleasant experience for all
6. Adhere to all safety guidelines during baggage handling operations
7. Report any lost items, damages, or security concerns to the supervisor immediately
8. Maintain a clean and orderly work area in and around the airport terminal

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
• Basic math skills for handling delivery logs and reports
