The Fruit Farm Worker role involves a range of tasks that support the production of our fruit crops. From planting to harvesting, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about agriculture and are eager to learn and grow with our company.
- Planting, pruning, thinning, and harvesting a variety of fruit crops.
- Monitoring crops for health and quality and applying treatments as needed.
- Operating farm equipment and machinery safely.
- Assisting with the packing and sorting of fruit for market.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks and working in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in farming or fruit picking is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic English language skills are required for communication and understanding work instructions.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is available for qualified international candidates.
Education and Qualifications:
- No formal education is required; on-the-job training will be provided.

Salary Range Per Hour:
