Job Description:

As a Retail Store Supervisor at CORNER CAR WASH, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our retail store. You will oversee and supervise a team, manage daily store activities, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualification & Experience:

• Previous retail or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Valid work authorization or eligibility for a work permit in Canada.
• Previous retail or supervisory experience is an asset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems is a plus.
