Job Description:

As a Shift Manager at Burger King, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-food restaurant. You will lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver excellent customer service, maintain food quality standards, and uphold safety and cleanliness protocols.

Qualification & Experience:

• Previous experience in the fast-food or restaurant industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of employees during shifts.

• Handle customer inquiries, and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train and onboard new employees.

• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Collaborate with management to achieve operational goals.

Requirements:

• Valid work authorization or eligibility for a work permit in Canada.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Burger King’s menu items and procedures is a plus.
