Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality ski instruction to children in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to the abilities of individual children or groups.
- Conduct assessments and monitor the progress of each child.
- Ensure the safety of all children under your supervision, both on and off the slopes.
- Coordinate with the Kids Centre staff and parents to ensure a cohesive experience.
- Maintain and care for equipment and aid in operational duties of the Kids Centre as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Certified ski instructor with a recognized organization (e.g., CSIA, PSIA, BASI).
- Experience working with children in a sports instruction capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in cold weather conditions and perform the physical demands of the job.
- Must be eligible for international visa sponsorship.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Education and Qualification:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in Ski Instruction, Child Care, or a related field is highly desirable.
